What am I doing up at 1am.... The fabric was treated in a solution containing 15 gm/l of borax and 5 gm/l of citric acid for 30 min at room temperature with a material-to-liquor (MLR) ratio of 1:15. The treated fabric was cured in a curing oven at 160oC for 3 min. In order to compare, the untreated sample was cured under the same conditions7. To measure the flame resistance of the fabrics, a ver tical flammability test according to the standard ASTM D-6413-08 was performed. Each sample was tested three times for char length in both warp and weft directions
