Israel failed to disprove our arguments made in front of judges – South African Justice Minister

Two days of hearings on Gaza have wrapped up in The Hague. Israel firmly rejected the claim that it is committing ‘genocide’, while also denying that the IDF has bombed any hospitals in the Palestinian enclave. That is despite numerous testimonies of aid groups and medical associations suggesting otherwise.
