Is Real Estate Still a Good Investment in the AI Age?
Does my old real estate advice still make sense if AI changes the way we work and earn money?
In this video, I revisit long-term rental property investing in light of AI, automation, and the possibility of cheaper labor. I explain why I think land and location may retain value, how rental income could fit into a changing economy, and why I am still focused on building assets.
These are my predictions, not certainties. I could be wrong about the timing—or the outcome. I also cover the risks to relying on skills and software businesses, the opportunity I see in using AI today, and the questions I am still trying to answer.
What is the strongest counterargument to my view? Leave it in the comments.
This video shares personal opinions and general information, not individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Real estate and business investments involve risk, including loss of capital. AI forecasts and income examples are speculative, not promises or typical-results claims.
