Indian visa services suspended in Canada over Nijjar murder row

India has suspended visa applications for Canadian nationals, citing security reasons, as New Delhi seeks to reduce the number of Ottawa's diplomats. The standoff between the two states was prompted by Trudeau’s allegations before Parliament that India was involved in the killing of Indian-Canadian Sikh separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar, and it shows no signs of abating.
