Reparations...
African slaves... the African tribes that were defeated that would have been either slaves or corpses, if there were no slave trade there would have been significantly more corpses.
So Africa (not Africans who actually became slaves and then had descendants because they survived instead of being slaughtered at defeat) wants to be paid.
Typically one doesn't pay a group that was in no way responsible for any benefit.
Regarding when those reparations do go though (too many people pushing for it) it will not stop.... it is a leach that will drain anything it attaches to until death.

I do absolutely agree that "Reparations OR Benefits" should absolutely be part of any agreement.

To claim the reparations you must be an African Citizen who is a direct descendant of an actual slave who's descendants have lived within the United States for at least 5 generations as net tax payers. If you don't not meet the previous conditions you may renounce your citizenship and claim reparations; you will be responsible for self-deportation you will no longer obtain any city/county/state/federal benefits.
