If Incels knew there was no Hope

It is difficult for women to explicitly identify every man they would never consider as a partner, and even if they could, it is questionable whether that would bring those men peace. While it is possible it might help, consider this hypothetical scenario: every single woman in the USA identifies all the men she does not want and tells each one, "I will never, ever in your life be your wife, submit to you, or bear your children." Therefore, all so-called "incels" would know with absolute certainty that there is no chance—since I know an incel typically retains some hope, no matter how many years pass without any romantic success.

What would all these men do then? Would they ever stop talking and thinking about women and actually build something together, choosing to live separately? Or would they instead take joy in imposing their presence on people who are disgusted by them, or who simply want them to go away—to do whatever it is you do for your country, or perhaps just to be anywhere other than near them?
