Great video, a lot of us were idealist when younger I think if you learn to construct a better model of reality over time as you grow older and this also determines your overall IQ baseline, is funny because I was a person who always said "I have to destroy and rebuild my mind and my beliefs all the time." It's clear now it was not my actual mind, but the constructed models of reality that were corrupted with false data and outdated information in my head, it clears up a lot of thing for me with this definition,. Also it defines other people stupidity, like very old guys who were married/divorced plenty of times and they act like horny 25 year olds around women. My process was "You've been fuck over so many times, have you learned nothing?" They never updated their model of women, therefore, no new information can be accumulated because they don't have a white canvas in their heads named "Women and their consequences when interacting with them."
