Iconic Las Vegas dome gives tourists the side-eye

The iconic giant sphere in Las Vegas has had a makeover, and it’s both hilarious and disconcerting. The 18,600-seat auditorium, famous for its show-stopping exterior LED displays, is currently a cute and very expressive sun, waking up overlooking the Strip and having a look around with a mixture of excitement, amusement and possibly the munchies. It does settle down for the occasional nap, because it’s got to be pretty hard to get any serious shut-eye in Vegas. And if you’re reading this from Las Vegas, yes, it is looking at you specifically. And it saw what you did last night.
