In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who says he realized that he’s settling the longer he stays with his current girlfriend. She doesn’t respect him or his boundaries. They’ve had lots of talks about their issues, she promises to change and shortly thereafter she goes right back to the same insecure & disrespectful behavior.
