He's right and wrong. Love and hate are a matter of "caring" and the opposite of both is indifference. On this I agree. When he says that where there's love there's hate he's wrong, because it's usually not love either the man nor the woman is feeling, but "infatuation". People keep confusing the two. I fully believe our problems with the opposite sexes lies with misidentifying what we really feel: love is not infatuation and infatuation is not love.
Nobody is ever "in love" but plenty of people are infatuated.
