As Hungary joins Brazil in criticizing anti-Russian sanctions, Ukraine accuses Prime Minister Victor Orban of spreading 'Russian propaganda’. The Hungarian leader earlier claimed the sanctions against Moscow had failed, and hurt Europe instead.
