Human Rights Watch urges Kiev to investigate use of banned landmines

A new report published by Human Rights Watch is calling on Kiev to investigate the Ukrainian military's use of rocket-launched landmines, the use of which, as we reported on multiple occasions, lead to numerous injuries among the civilian population of Donbass. RT’s Roman Kosarev reports.
