Talking of Po9lice. I'm currently watching series from the early 2000's called The Inspector Lynley Mysteries. In it was a charater played by a femon as a feministy type of detective, rather masculine with short hair and such, BUT I've notice somewhat unusually they made this character more feminine and dare I say quite likeable (to a degree). I think maybe they had some complaint's from the viewing public? lol! Her hair got longer, her voice got more girly and feminine and stuff like that. mind you we are talking PRE WOKE times?
