How would the “civil war” even go?

If all you hope to do is make your voice heard at a protest, then give up after your voice box is tired of reeeeeing, atleast go with equal gear as the riot police.
Make it look like you might actually mean buisness, rather than just coming out the bar drunk and bored, wanting to join in on some street chaos. .
