Don't let your anger consume you ,use it to move forward in your life .Build yourself financially ,physically and spiritually .Do some sports to use your sexual energy ,learn skills and find hobbies which make you happy .I hope this advice is useful .Don't bother with wahmen ,they can't love us like we can love them anyway ,it is what it is .
