Mmmmmmm the two recipies you put up.... I am assuming that you made this video?

The other guy did his HOT cooking first (the sugar) and cooled it and then added the cream and the vanilla last.

Both methods have their pro's and con's.

I am like a heroin addict for vanilla..... The good fresh pods smell like heaven but taste like cardboard....

BUT fuck it's SO nice.

@WMHarrison94: Use Stevia extract.... A fine white powder, depending on the concentrate, it's about 40mg = 1 teaspoon of sugar.... or ONE sort of match head. Best to buy it in 100 gram bags...
