In Florida, I drove past a parking lot once that was full of black people. It sounded like they were shooting fireworks, except I couldn't see any fireworks. That's when I realized they were "keeping the rent cheap". USA is such a dystopia, even white South Africans who moved to the USA are moving back!
I am on a 100 Kbs connection.... it's 2 x 56K dial up speed.
If the internet connections are good, it's doable...
And if it's not... it's sort of unworkable.
