How to Facing and Dressing Hammers! How to forge a hammer By Hand! Part 2!

In this video I go over in quite a bit of detail how to re-face or dress a hammer and face a newly made hammer. In this episode I put the faces on a straight peen I forge in a earlier video and re-face or dress a hammer I have been using for some time.

Hammer Dress or Re-Facing is a conman practice for a blacksmith and is done in forges all over the world! Using an abrasive to repair the faces of there tools. I will be using an angle grinder and a sires of different disk to sort the face on my hammers but linishers, wheels and hand tools can do the same job!
