How to deal with Traumas

i dont give a fuck about my tramas that why i got my meds so i dont give a fuck and never will give a fuck. no one has giving me a real reason or showed me a reason to give a fuck weather its about my health or happyness. so honestly i dont give a flying fuck about my happyness or anyones elses no one has really givin me a reason too especially my ex wife or family
