How the lies of AA got rolled into NA

I still think the value of AA lies in doing the program of recovery - much like presenting a business plan to a bank, in order to take out a huge loan - getting it all sorted out and finding out what will work and what will not work and why and doing what it take to make it work and or to shit can some or all of it, is a worthwhile practice.

Applying the same methods to sorting out your mind and your life is a good thing.

However don't drink the AA Cool Aid along the way, in any of the AA originated 12th Step programs either.

This is the necessary difference.
