How NOT To Tow A Car On The Freeway ( It broke my stupid meter )

I got the impression of, "Fuck - just how fucking stupid do you have to be, to tow a car like this? And to then KEEP ON towing it like this?"

But then I thought, "Maybe the person in the car is the ex wife, maybe it's a thief or maybe it's a reposession man".

I think there is a LOT MORE going on in this story, than what "pure stupid" is accounting for.
