This was a very informative and useful discussion. Hope to see more along the same vein in the future.

Did you know you can burn calories by laying on the sofa and THINKING! sounds nut's but a good BRAIN exercise is as good as a walk? Think of a problem and what you would do about it, idf you have a problem relax with a note pad and pencil and THINK out your option's and as strange as it seem';s YOU - WILL - burn of calories. You still need Physical exercise though! LOL! Being a Couch Potato doesn't work! Do Cross word puzzles Read books and manuals, play with numbers. A good example of that is every month sit down and budget your money (As you set out of debt) see my other debt comment!

Yep ME as well I have to cut my younger Brother from my life. He was and probably still is everything that is wrong with this system ans people? I have no guilty or problem with this as I was always the one who lost out big time and he always got his way by being an complete ASSHOLE! Same goes for family. The Family that really mattered to me that loved ME and I loved THEM all died many decades ago. Basically a couple of distant Cousin's and me being the oldest member of the family left other than an Uncle I really have fuck all in common with them. Heard nothing from them in Covid so fuck em'. If I'm not that important to them I stopped FB communication and stuff. and Boy does life feel good and less stressful! lol!

MED's are like Drink - You keep popping them like drinking wine or beer, then you become dependent on it. Self Reliance and independence are the key to freedom well as free as you can get on a prison planet! lol! If you need advice, then go find it, BUT weigh up various options and not just grab at the first one? Investigate and find alternatives and info on what you want to do? At the end of the Day YOU should make YOUR own decision, then you are in control. If it doesn't work out? Well HELL! you have all those other options to try? Don't be beholden to anyone for anything, YOU are YOU they are NOT!

One way of reducing stress and Emotions is to think "Less is More"? what this means is, Do you really need the latest phone? for example I have a 24 year old Nokia that does what I want when out and about, and a Landline as I am home for most of the time. Do NOT over spend, and if possible DO NOT have a credit card, A debit card is fine as you can only saw on what you have in your account. Try not to have debts and Loans, UNLESS you can really afford them monthly . so you can have things you like but know YOU are paying for them within your monthly budget. Better still save and pay CASH, that comes with the added bonus of knowing it is Yours!

With Rent or Mortgages try to get a month or two in ADVANCE, so if Mr Misery comes to your door and money for some reason like a new bioler is needed you are covered with the essential payments for a month or two. so you can afford that new boiler. Don't be a Debt Slave, be shrude with your money. I've lived of little for decades after the system threw me overboard decades ago. I have just become a Pensioner and with my Occupational Pension and state Pension, I have now more money that I can ever spend, BUT I have NOT gone on a spending SPREE. I did replace my motorcycle with a NEW one, I'm able to get some decent food and Clothe's as well, but the main thing with having not had any DEBT since 2006 is the security. I also remove half of it from the BANK as well after all the DD's and bills ave gone out for utilities. So if I fancy a pint on a Sunday I will get on my NEW Motorcycle and being MGTOW Monk happily travel to a country pub (Alone) and enjoy a pint or two, because I can.

You see Guy's, Money is relevant to YOU. If you know how to control it money works for YOU, if you squander it it will be your enemy. For example - If YOU have a Million Bucks go by a Ferrari, if you have £10'000's or Bucks go by a nice secondhand car or even a NEW Motorcycle, within your means and you will have a little extra left over for accessories and Gas. so as you can see money is Relevant to YOUR need's, so don't be a slave to it be it's MASTER.

How to get out of DEBT? First audit or take a look at your debt, the payments and priorities. Then you have to take the plunge and be prepared to take the HIT of paying it off? It is less painful in the long run than taking the HIT when the System collapses and the wolves are at the door. Since I cleared my debts their has been Two financial meltdowns and covid. Non of it affected me in the slightest, because I didn't owe or need to find or arrange money to cover the down turn? when you are prepared for your self induced debt clearance HIT you should start by Either budgeting say cards with extra money added in other words DO NOT do minimum payments they are costly? Take your smaller loans or debt's stop buying CRAP you don't need and use that saved money for paying of your smaller cards and debts. The feeling of clearing just ONE card is felt when you come to cut it up and bin it, that feeling is great. repeat this through your Debts one at a time. Because every one you clear is freedom and less stress in the future and for you a Sense of PRIDE that you saved YOURSELF.

At the end of the day you only have the Mortgage to pay because all the other debts are gone, then maybe renegotiate your mortgage and pay more a month to clear that. If it is in your ability to pay as it is with no pressure on YOU or your money, then go have a fucking good holiday, take Cash and Pat yourself on the back for your perseverance! Peace. Hope this can help someone?

I learned about Stoicism, that got ride of my Anger and Emotions. Very little will phase me now. Yesterday for example I got a call from my landlord saying I was in Rent arrears, the problem wasn't cause by me but Covid and the local authority are in disarray due to working from home and lack of communication due to lock downs? Not to long ago I would likely feel rage swell up in me and a verbal fight on the phone would occur. But in this case yesterday I felt no stress or anger at their FUCK UP! I was amazed! The problem was sorted in five minutes I went out and paid the arrears and life is sweet again. At the end of the day I am back with NO DEBT and a clear head and Mind! A big win for me I think?
