Yemen's Houthis have claimed to have attacked an Israeli-linked ship in the Arabian sea, using a domestically-produced hypersonic missile.
A video was released on Wednesday, showing what they claim is the launch of the missile, dubbed 'Hadim 2,' which they describe as a 'solid-fuel hypersonic ballistic missile manufactured by Houthi military facilities.' The group said this missile was used to target the Israeli-linked cargo ship MSC Sarah V on Monday.
The attack was confirmed by authorities, who reported that the Liberian-flagged MSC Sarah V was targeted by a missile in the Arabian Sea but not struck, contrary to Houthi claims of an 'accurate and direct' hit.
