yep, CABBAGE!! chopped cabbage and onion microwaved, mix egg with cayenne and chili pepper. stir into cabbage and add and a little pancake mix... fried in wok.. served in a trortilla,, can add cheesse. chicken,, mushroom, etc. Hoisin sauce ,, hidden valley ranch.. but cabbage cabbage cabbage . imo.. I've hit the wall at 255 twice now.. trying cabbage rich diet and walk / run.. 240 goal..
