This is "The Screw-fly Solution" movie come to real life. Him working at the marriage bureau probably exposed him to other bad female behavior, so he was a trigger ready to be tripped.
To say this dude was pissed is an understatement. Looks like the moment she answered, he said "Errr", Wrong Answer" (I guess in Hindi), and started repeatedly stabbing her.
Even after she died, the reporter said the husband stabbed her another 25x. Now that's raaaage!
Oh man! Does that mean no more HMTs? Nooo!
