@bigintol03: TRT is a real bad idea. It's fairly easy for TPTB to shut that off, and then you're fucked. Once you stop, your body crumbles and never recover. It's a better option to rest and pay attention to the food we eat. Cut fat and sugar, fat from the meat is fine, sugar from fruits is fine. Any refined anything is bad. Dairy, is horrible. I shit myself if I drink a cappuccino. Tea is great too, not black or green though. I've planted some tea, and want to more variety so I don't need to buy tea bags.

@Amanley Load: If you put a puff on a farm by himself, he would eat whatever was available, but not do anything productive. If with someone else, he would manipulate and exploit them. That's what they do, puffs like to work as much as Jews do.

@The Man Inside: Good points, I've already modified my diet...somewhat! In the last 3 years I've lost 140 pounds, my diet isn't great, but it's definitely better then it was...but still needs improvement!

@bigintol03: There's no point in trying to do all at once. That's the best recipe for failure. I'm an example to no one. I eat ice cream and drink alcohol... I'll probably never drop the alcohol, I don't eat bread or MacDonalds or similar food. Been eating a lot of carrots lately, and apples.

@The Man Inside: I cut out ALL fast food, soda (I'll still have one once in a while) quit drinking, cut WAY down on sugar, I still eat to many carbs, and I smoke like a locomotive!

@bigintol03: If you "need" to sweeten food, honey. Other than alcohol, I only drink water and tea. Sugar, I don't, but again, an ice cream has sugar I shouldn't ingest. Smoking is something I can't understand. Way beyond what my thought process can achieve.

@bigintol03: yes you can. I know people who simply just decided they were to stop, and they did. "This is the last one", and they kept their word. Multiple people, not just an isolated case. Al you need to do 8s decide you don't want it anymore.
