I know its been a few years, but I recently noticed this video boosted on the platform and thought to check it out.

I'm about halfway into the video and from what they've described to be linked to "hemorrhagic fever", there is no conclusive link to any biological origin. It looks like it could be from some kind of poisoning - perhaps chemical or radiological?

And it seems to have created morbidity for those individuals who could not seek shelter or get far enough away from the sources of this disease.

Has the same woowoo vibes as whatever "Covid" was.
