@Mustang: A CUBAN told me on Friday his dad went back to cuba.. and he does not have to pay rent there.. so why do Americans have 30 yerar mortgages that take up most of the "owners" income.. and now 40 year mortgages., . .they do not own shit.. I will say it again.. They do not own shit.. out of 1500 monthly payment about 150 goes toward house and 1350 of it is interest. BOOM GONE!! where does all that interest go to??? especially after a huge housing boom like 2001 - 2008????? where did all that interest payment go to?? where thbe banks had to borrow from other banks to stay afloat?

I remember 20% prime rate when I got out of school.. no chance of buyiong a house just rent and rent.. when mtg rates lowered toi 10% fixed mtgs started to become affordable.. so lets say you buy a house for 250,000 today at 7% interest,, you will pay over 30 years,, $598,779.,00 for that 250,000 dolllar house.. and that DOES NOT INCLUDE TAXES OR INSURANCE... so you pay 250,000 for a house and $348,779.00 in interest. in your own country America.. justy fuck you.. fuck you both.. and like IO said,, throw in taxes and insuraqnce on swaid house.. that is why they all failed.. . and mtgs in the beginning are all interest ande very low toward principle..
