Heavy rains lead to deadly flooding in Tuscany

Record-breaking rains caused floods in a vast swath of Tuscany, Italy as Storm Ciaran hit the region. At least three people were killed, and four reported missing. Firefighters have deployed over 400 rescuers, as well as helicopters, scuba divers, amphibious vehicles and river search teams in an attempt to find those missing and help others trapped in the heavy floods.
