More than 500 people, including 169 children, have been evacuated in the Republic of Sakha, Yakutia, in the Far East of Russia. Villages were seen submerged, with roads and buildings damaged.

I am not saying anything that is not known already - but that area is a HUGE flood plain, like the Nile delta - which is the end of a HUGE catchment area, and there has just been shit loads of rain.... Floods.

Instead of just reporting on this, ADD a bit extra RT - by saying "This is how you can support these people - donate too "" ---------"" etc.
