I believe the global vaccination process was a test to see if they can come out of their blood soaked cloeset. This to me signals its too late how ever they have massive egos too. These vaccinatiions percentagies told the elites whether they can come out. and they have. I heave heard by 2030 they will be going door to door along with their robots.
