Speaking of other world leaders, he tells her that Chinese President Xi Jinping "is the most dangerous man in the world", and that Vladimir Putin of Russia is “not even close”. He says that the current US President, Joe Biden, appears "weak" to Putin - despite him helping unite the West in support for Ukraine.
