Hey Darius!
You have excellent videos, even every time. One bit of advice though: Your videos need some audio normalization.
The volume is all over the place. This can be done for free using a program called FFMPEG. It's a command-line program that you can download for free. Then you can use the following command to remove noise and normalize the volume:
ffmpeg -i "input.mp4" -vf yadif -qscale 1 -r 30 -af "highpass=f=200, lowpass=f=3000,loudnorm=I=-23:LRA=7.0:TP=-2.0" "output.mp4"
Just update the "input.mp4" and "output.mp4". It handles all kinds of different formats in addition to mp4, as well.
2:30. The "assistant manager" looks like she could use a few more workouts, and QUITE a few less Twinkies. JMO.
That's why men are building home gyms... I still use them for the saunas, massagers, and showers (multiple locations all over town...)
