Working out really is just an ingredient in the recipe for overall better health. It is not complete and it certainly is not a cure all. I speak from experience. Some get the euphoria from the gym and others leave feeling beat. However, having a good gym buddy that isn’t a downer and will hold you accountable is a good additive. Doing it on your own is not a good idea because you need to develop the work ethic and to work past fatigue and failure.
Doctors have so many people strung out on those anti-depressants that half the country is just one big psyche ward!
