I don't know. We were taught in the military, to ALWAYS treat a gun as if it's loaded. Just my two cents.
Also, Indians and trains; not suicidal, just... trains. They stand in front of them too close to them, whatever... and power lines.
Saw the one where some hick put a loaded pistol to his sac and was dinkin with the trigger. Guns don't make people smarter, but it does enable dumb-asses to filter themselves, ideally before they filter others.
