Gruesome and grim | Investigation ongoing after Ukraine downs POW plane

Investigations are ongoing into the downing of a Russian military transport plane in the city of Belgorod near the border with Ukraine. There were 74 people on board, 65 of whom were Ukrainian prisoners of war. There were no survivors.
