When I run out I have to go to sleep with jeadphones on and sleep mask or Beanie hat over eyes to cancel out light and noise and I fall asleep quicker not as quick if I was on my supplements, maybe that helps you, From what I remember its to get your Nervous system to relax getting it into the parasympathetic state, meditation can help with that at night I found not so much for me and then there are those that say 432HZ or that Frequency stuff helps, its hit and miss for me.
