Grain export deal does not prohibit Russia from conducting military operations in Ukraine - Lavrov

The Russian foreign minister noted while visiting Congo that Odessa’s grain-storing facilities are a considerable distance from military infrastructure. That means Russia did not create any obstacles for the export of grain following strikes in the city which destroyed enemy targets, Lavrov said.
