Government run organised stalking using the citizens to stalk the target

So set them up - Talk in your house and say shit like ( I'm gona go to the store and steal a candy bar ) then don't do it of course ! Just play with there heads - Or say I'm going to the store and go the other way - Just Mess with them ! and do it all the time and talk to everyone you know that is cool and get them to do it too.. I'm sure you can think of many things you can do to mess with them. - you can make ( car jacks ) there pieces of metal bent and welded and sharpened like the kids toy jacks but a little bigger - Then you just walk by and drop them under there tires like in a parking lot . Comes a time you have to fight back ! at lest keep them busy . - Just a thought .
