Honestly I don't know for sure, but I can tell you this, when you purchase one of these houses the only thing you're paying for is the land and the labor that was put in to build and all the resources used. And any other bill that exists in a normal home doesn't exist in this type of home, meaning you won't be paying for your water, electricity, water treatment, sewage, air conditioning, Heating bills, because the house provides all of these things on its own, and if you choose to have a garden up front it can also produce food for you year round. Most houses don't even have that as a benefit, most houses you pay for the land, you pay for the house, and you pay for the electricity, the heating, the cooling, and all that other bullshit and it's continuous, in these houses, all of these things are practically free. Which means, it's a lot easier to pay the overall expense over a normal houses expenses.

I guess the only thing that would cost you money that would be extra that doesn't come with the house, would-be services such as cable or Internet services, and if you wanted to supplement your power resource usage you can install a windmill some of these actually come with the windmill funny enough.

I wonder if a house like that would work in the Midwest USA where we get 36 inches of Rain a year and sometimes gets down to -15 in the Winter???

i found another one that right now is only i proof of concept, but it's also based on many of the same designs and this guy was also a student of this old man in this video who was the architect of the earthship designs. this guy talks about his concept in great detail, https://www.mgtow.tv/watch/ear....thship-biotecture-fo
