Those soldiers were poorly trained, to hit the frontal vehicle that clearly was outside his firing zone, he can't aim for shit. So either poorly trained or deliberately aimed at both vehicles and or didn't give a damn. Not surprised though, more and more jew soldiers seem as bad as the muslim terrorist.
