Fewer males "identify" as rainbow people because there are greater societal expectations on them vs. what is expected of women. Women can fail at everything and end up on welfare and the object of charity without real consequences--they will ALWAYS receive care no matter what they do. That's how the West is structured. But men are the ones who have to PROVIDE that care, either directly thru action or thru confiscatory taxation, so weakness is considerably less tolerated from us by both men and women.
