FSB detains 13 Hizb ut-Tahrir extremists in Rostov-on-Don

Russia’s Federal Security Service has detained members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, a pan-Islamist organization that is banned in a number of states. According to the intelligence service, cell members had recruited Russian residents among local Muslims and labor migrants into their ranks.
