France is backing jihadists, Mali says in letter to UN

Mali has lashed out at France in a letter to the UN. The country’s foreign minister accused Paris of violating its airspace and providing arms to jihadist groups attempting to destabilize the West African country. RT’s Rachel Marsden reports.
