I f also a Cyclist rides straight our in front of you if you drive a Motor vehicle YOU are going to be at fault, not the cyclist. Basically the new rules is a Pyramid Scheme. you drive a truck, you have to give way to Van's drive a van you have to give way to a car, drive a car you have to give way to a motorcycle and so on to the Cyclist and Pedestrian. @mrghoster: In a past life, I lived with a woman who killed an old fart (man) who decided it was a good idea to cross a 4 lane road on foot, even with a concrete wall separating lanes. 100% his fault, no possible "walking" around that. She ended up in court accused of murder, it eventually "died" there, and had to pay the car repairs out of her pocket. That's justice for you in fucking western countries. @mrghoster: As to me... Driving on a road almost at sunset, trees on sidewalk, shade, spots of sunlight in between, really, really bad visibility conditions. A narrow road I might say. I felt something, that feeling you saw something, although you are looking forward and the only thing you see is black asphalt. I had an angel getting his hand on my shoulder, and my foot on the brake. There's was a FUCKING TWAT on a wheelchair riding on my lane towards me. If there was another car coming on the other lane there was no room at all for me to sway around that fucking retarded. The side walk is about half the width of the road and is prepared so those fuckers can easily get their "rides" on the sidewalk. Yet that fucking pumpkin had to take his "monoseat ride" on the road.
