Foreign agents 'artificially foment hatred' of Russia in Georgia after attack on a tourist

Georgia's Prime Minister has released a statement saying certain forces in his country are fueling anti-Russian sentiments.

That's after a Russian woman was physically assaulted while visiting the nation as a tourist.
