also, you cannot be placed under arrest for obstruction without articulate offenses against actual laws...
there is no law that grants arrest under "obstruction" without an explanation of what is being obstructed and "in line of duty" or "investigation" does not cut it...
these cases muddy the entirety of the arrest and make it an invalid arrest, in other words and illegal arrest because the cop decided they wanted to be above the law...
when asked an officer of the court (not the law because that does not exist) ie: police, DA, judge, ETC. HAVE TO GIVE A COMPETENT AND DETAILED EXPLANATION because they are 1 - civil servants 2 - sovereign citizens and subject to We The People / Sovereign... this is why the constitution exists, local and federal law CANNOT supersede the constitution despite what the jew owned courts are trying to push...
if the local (or more accurately made up) law supersedes the constitution then ALL laws cannot be enforced at all because there is no base for the laws to exist on and cannot be legally argued in court... in other words the entire foundation of the country and 'system of law' ceases to function and can no longer be enforced.

He the pig stated many violations as excuse for stop, not condoning her but l and many of my friends have had similar stops without actual prove of a moving violation.
