I've been watching some body cam footage of femon shoplifters getting busted and they always say "but I've got the money on me. Can't I just pay for it now?" Admitting their crime. And yeah, they always say they need to get home to their kids.
I'm pretty sure they've been doing that for as long as they've had the ability to!
