fastest way to get rid of the spammers

i don't have the ability to delete their comment, unless it's under my comment. but if they create the header comment i can't touch it.

@Sentient_Of_Truth: First Pin the comment and then you'll be able to delete it.. You'll see the trash symbol next to the comment ;-)

like for example i can't delete your comment right above mine right now. because i'm not given the ability to do so. but i don't want to delete your comment because i don't disagree with you and i like you lol.
