family building block of society, & generational degradation

We,as a society, have been corralled in this direction for the last 40+ years!

lol, i do not think thats how that works....
interesting theory though....
the part about family fortunes, etc., is true...
but that is not how cities work, this guy is ignoring the stolen money that the cities get from IRS and other income....
the cities are constantly being funded, even when running in a deficit.
